2) Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods to return an item. Further information can be found in our Withdrawal Policy. Please do not send items cash on delivery (COD). The costs for this service are significantly higher and will be deducted from your refund.
Make sure your address label is clearly legible and include your order number (e.g. a copy of the invoice). If you would like to ship your return with DHL, please send it as a parcel with tracking (not as an untracked small packet) to:
Quoc Nam Nguyen
Vesaliusstraße 31
13187 Berlin
Germany
As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you by email and initiate your refund promptly.
We will refund the purchase price of the returned items once your return has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued as quickly as possible, but may take up to 14 days.
3) Claims (Defects)
In the event of a defect or damage, we will cover the return shipping costs and will either send a replacement or refund the original purchase price. Please coordinate the process in advance with our customer service at hello@schnamee.com. Your request is a priority and will be handled as quickly as possible. Please include your order number (ideally in the email subject) and, where helpful, photos documenting the defect or issue. Please do not return goods cash on delivery (COD), as any additional costs incurred would have to be charged to you.
