Withdrawal Policy
1) Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
- on which the consumer or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that the goods were ordered as part of a single order and delivered together, or
- on which the consumer or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the first good, if the goods were ordered as part of a single order for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send a clear declaration (e.g. by post or email) stating their decision to withdraw from this contract to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the consumer sends the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Upon receipt of the withdrawal declaration, Schnamee will confirm the receipt of withdrawal (e.g. by email) without delay.
2) Consequences of Withdrawal
If the consumer withdraws from this contract, Schnamee will refund all payments for the returned goods (excluding return shipping costs) without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the notice of withdrawal was received by Schnamee.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will the consumer be charged any fees for the refund.
Schnamee may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until the consumer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
The consumer must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed Schnamee of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period has expired.
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3) Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist or may lapse prematurely for contracts
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
