1. Basic Provisions
(1) The following Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the website www.schnamee.com
between the seller (hereinafter “Schnamee”) – Schnamee – Quoc Nam Nguyen (sole proprietorship), Vesaliusstraße 31, 13187 Berlin, Germany – and the consumer. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the inclusion of the consumer’s own terms is hereby objected to.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 BGB).
2. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The subject matter of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By placing the respective product on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract via the online shopping cart function under the conditions stated in the product description.
(3) The contract is concluded as follows:
The goods intended for purchase are placed in the virtual shopping cart via the “Add to cart” button. The cart icon allows you to view and adjust the contents at any time.
By clicking “Pay with PayPal”, “Pay by SEPA Direct Debit” or—when paying by credit/debit card (Stripe) or Klarna—“Place order”, the consumer accepts the offer with binding effect.

Alternatively, the consumer accepts the offer with binding effect by selecting a quick payment option directly on the product page such as “Google Pay (G Pay)”, “Pay with PayPal” or “Pay by SEPA Direct Debit” and completing the payment process.
(4) After submitting the order, the consumer receives an automatic order confirmation by email. Order processing and the transmission of all contract-relevant information are carried out automatically by email. The consumer must ensure that the email address provided is correct and that emails from Schnamee can be received (no spam filter blocking).
(5) Schnamee sells products only in household quantities.
(6) If Schnamee is unable to deliver due to force majeure or production/supply bottlenecks for which Schnamee is not responsible, the consumer will be informed without undue delay. In such cases, Schnamee is released from the obligation to perform; any consideration already provided will be refunded immediately.
3. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Schnamee until paid for in full.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices stated on the website are final prices and include statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping costs: Shipping within Germany is free of charge. For deliveries to the EU, the EEA (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) and Switzerland, country-specific flat-rate shipping charges apply; these are displayed at checkout and available in the shipping cost overview on the website.
(3) Import charges: For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. EEA states and Switzerland), customs duties, taxes or fees may apply and are to be borne by the consumer.
(4) Payment methods: PayPal, credit/debit card (Stripe), Google Pay, SEPA direct debit (Stripe) and Klarna are available. The availability of individual methods may vary depending on destination country, creditworthiness and cart.
(5) Unless otherwise specified, the purchase price is due immediately.
5. Delivery Conditions
(1) Shipping is carried out only within the EU, the EEA and Switzerland with shipment tracking. Delivery time: 3–5 business days within Germany; up to 10 business days in the remaining delivery area. For deliveries to Switzerland, additional transit times may occur due to customs clearance.
(2) Delivery is made to the shipping address specified by the consumer. If delivery is impossible due to incorrect address details or absence, the consumer shall bear any resulting additional costs (e.g. return shipping, reshipment).
(3) Collection by the customer is not possible for logistical reasons.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our separate Withdrawal Policy. In the event of withdrawal, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. The detailed withdrawal policy including a model withdrawal form is available on the website under “Withdrawal Policy”.
7. Returns
The consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to return them under the withdrawal policy. Details are set out in the withdrawal policy.
Return shipping costs: In the event of withdrawal, the consumer bears the direct costs of return shipping. Carriage forward/COD shipments will not be accepted; any additional costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

The consumer is requested to enclose the order number (e.g. invoice copy) and to send the return with tracking.
Upon receipt of the return, Schnamee will inspect the goods and refund the purchase price via the original payment method within up to 14 days. Schnamee may withhold the refund until Schnamee has received the goods back or the consumer has provided proof of dispatch.
8. Complaints (Defects)
In the case of defective or damaged goods, the statutory warranty rights apply (see Section 9). In such cases, Schnamee bears the return shipping costs and provides subsequent performance (in particular a replacement delivery) or refunds the purchase price, provided the statutory requirements are met.
The consumer is requested to coordinate the procedure with customer service in advance: hello@schnamee.com. For prompt processing, please provide the order number (ideally in the subject line) and informative photos documenting the defect. Please avoid carriage forward/COD shipments.
Returns in the event of a complaint should be sent to the address stated in Section 7, unless otherwise agreed with customer service.
9. Warranty (Liability for Defects)
(1) The statutory warranty rights pursuant to Sections 434 et seq. BGB apply.
(2) The consumer is requested to check the delivered goods without undue delay for transport damage or obvious defects and to inform Schnamee and the carrier accordingly; failure to do so has no effect on the consumer’s statutory claims.
10. Liability
(1) Schnamee is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health.
(2) In the event of slight negligence, Schnamee is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.
(3) Otherwise, liability is excluded. This also applies to legal representatives and vicarious agents.
11. Governing Law and Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which they have their habitual residence.
(2) The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) do not apply.
(3) Should any provision of this contract be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The contract text is not permanently stored by Schnamee. Before submitting the order, the consumer can save or print the contract text using the browser’s print function. After the order, the consumer receives an order confirmation by email containing all relevant contractual data.

Shipping cost overview:
Shipping is free within Germany; country-specific flat rates apply for the EU/EEA/Switzerland—these are displayed at checkout and explained on the shipping cost page.
Vouchers:
Gift vouchers (purchased): Valid for 3 years from the end of the year of issue (Sections 195, 199 BGB); remaining balance is retained; cash payout excluded, statutory claims remain unaffected.
Promotional vouchers (complimentary): 12 months from date of issue; not combinable, non-transferable; no cash payout; conditions according to the respective promotion.
